Wir suchen ein professionelles und motiviertes Küchenchef/Chefin für indische Küche, spezialisiert auf Currys, Tandoor und indische regionale Gerichten.
Ihre Pflichten – mise en place und zubereiten alà carte Menü. Einhaltung der Hygienevorschriften. Halten Sie die Arbeitsbereiche sauber und nach Standards. Inventarkontrolle und Bestellungen.
Anforderungen – Mehr als 7 Jahre Berufserfahrung. Sehr flexibel und anpassungsfähig. Naturliebender Mensch und bereit gerne in den Schweizer Alpen zu arbeiten. Sie sprechen Englisch. Deutsch ist immer ein Plus.
