Responsibilities

• Manage and expand key client relationships, particularly with banks, fintechs, and institutional partners
• Independently lead and execute complex projects
• Identify new business opportunities and support the scaling of our operations
• Work closely with the management team to shape key strategic initiatives

Qualifications

• Proven track record in startups or fast-growing companies
• Confident interaction with business clients and partners at all levels
• Strong skills in independently managing and implementing projects
• Hands-on mentality with a clear focus on ownership and execution
• Excellent communication skills in both German and English
• Experience collaborating directly with the management team and leading partner banks
