Controllers also ensure that the firm's activities are conducted in compliance with the regulations governing transactions in the financial markets. /p h3FINANCE AND OUR IMPACT /h3 pWe're a team of specialists charged with managing the Bank’s, capital, risk, liquidity and providing the overall financial control and reporting functions. Whether assessing the credit risks of the firm’s counterparties, monitoring market risks associated with trading activities, or offering analytical and regulatory compliance support, our work contributes directly to the firm’s success. The division is ideal for collaborative individuals who have strong ethics and attention to detail. /p h3YOUR IMPACT /h3 pYou will work in the Finance Department of Goldman Sachs Bank AG. You will be primarily responsible for the Swiss Bank’s regulatory compliance and reporting in the areas of Capital and Large Exposure, including regulatory policy interpretations and reports production. You will also carry the overall responsibility of accurate SNB/FINMA statistical reporting and projects in the area of regulatory reporting. /p ul liRegulatory compliance for the Bank’s key regulatory ratios, including on-going monitoring and reporting /li liCalculating, monitoring and reporting the Large Exposures and Risk Diversification /li liCalculating, monitoring and reporting the Capital, RWAs and Capital Adequacy ratio per Basel requirements /li liInterpretation of existing and upcoming SNB/ FINMA regulatory requirements and implementation of the same /li liOversight of the liquidity and statistical reporting to SNB/FINMA /li liActing as the key regulatory contact for the Bank's existing and new business activities /li liAdvisory to Business on the definition of lending limits and collateral eligibility criteria, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements /li liLiaise with regulators on various regulatory topics and their interpretations /li liManage external and internal regulatory audits /li liParticipation in local and global regulatory projects (automations, systems developments, new products) /li /ul h3SKILLS /h3 ul liBachelor or Master's degree in Finance/Accounting with 5+ years' professional experience in Regulatory Reporting within the Banking sector /li liStrong analytical skills and attention to detail /li liStrong organization skills and flexible mindset /li liExcellent communication skills and team player /li liFluency in English mandatory /li liFluency in German will be highly desirable /li /ul h3ABOUT GOLDMAN SACHS /h3 pAt Goldman Sachs, we commit our people, capital and ideas to help our clients, shareholders and the communities we serve to grow.
