Controllers- Regulatory Reporting – Senior Associate/ Vice President- Zurich

Overview In this role you will fortify the Swiss bank’s regulatory reporting and compliance framework, focusing on capital, large exposures, and SNB/FINMA requirements. You will work within the Finance Department to interpret regulations, produce accurate reports, and support audits and regulatory projects. Your efforts help ensure Basel-compliant capital metrics and robust risk oversight while collaborating with stakeholders across the bank. Verantwortungsbereiche Regulatory compliance for key ratios and ongoing reporting Calculate and report Large Exposures and risk diversification metrics Monitor Capital, RWAs and Basel-based capital adequacy reporting Interpret SNB/FINMA regulatory requirements and implement changes Oversee liquidity and statistical reporting to SNB/FINMA Serve as regulatory contact for new business activities Advise on lending limits and collateral eligibility against regulatory rules Liaise with regulators on interpretations Manage external and internal regulatory audits Participate in local and global regulatory projects (automations, systems developments, new products) Zentrale Anforderungen Bachelor in Finance/Accounting 5+ years’ experience in Regulatory Reporting within Banking Strong analytical skills Strong organization and flexible mindset Excellent communication and team player Fluency in English German language competency desirable analytical thinking attention to detail strong organizational skills Regulatory Reporting in Banking Capital Adequacy and Basel requirements SNB/FINMA reporting
