We are seeking a Wealth Management Operations, Client Onboarding / Maintenance Specialist, Associate to join our Zurich team. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain comprehensive insight into banking operations while working in a high-performing environment.

If so, this role allows you to participate in all facets of Client Onboarding, Data Maintenance, and KYC reviews, collaborating closely with Private Wealth Management Sales, Legal, Compliance, Technology, and Finance teams across the globe.
About Operations
Operations is a vital division that supports all aspects of banking, trading, and asset management, ensuring risk management and control processes are in place to protect and enhance the firm’s assets and reputation.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop expertise in Client Onboarding and Maintenance processes.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders across various departments.
- Cross-train on other PWM Operations functions in Zurich.
- Represent your team in broader forums with local and global stakeholders.
- Review operational processes to mitigate risks and improve controls.
- Contribute ideas to enhance existing processes and controls.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree with 2-4 years of relevant financial services experience, preferably in Account Opening, Client Data Management, or KYC reviews.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and control skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to handle complex issues with internal partners.
- Self-motivated team player with ownership and proactive process improvement mindset.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage priorities effectively.
- Fluent in English; German skills are a plus.
