Accounting Assistant at GOLDMUND SA
GOLDMUND SA, a renowned company in the high-end audio sector, is looking for a motivated and organised Accounting and HR Assistant to join our dynamic team in Switzerland. If you are passionate about accounting and wish to develop in a stimulating environment, this opportunity is for you!
Your tasks
Accounting (approximately 40%)
- Enter and verify accounting entries. - Process supplier invoices and ensure payment follow-up. - Perform bank reconciliations. - VAT declaration - Participate in monthly and annual closings. - Assist in preparing tax declarations and financial reporting. - Ensure filing and archiving of accounting documents. - Collaborate with different departments to guarantee the reliability of financial information.
Human Resources (approximately 10%)
- Participate in personnel administration (employment contracts, certificates, attestations, HR correspondence, etc.). - Ensure administrative follow-up of employees (entries, exits and contractual changes). - Prepare payroll variables and liaise with our fiduciary. - Participate in monitoring absences, holidays and social insurances. - Provide administrative support in recruitment and onboarding processes for new employees. - Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR procedures.
Qualifications
- Degree in accounting, finance. - Previous experience in a similar role is an asset. - Good command of IT tools, especially Excel and ERP Dynamics 365. - Knowledge of Swiss accounting standards. - Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Fluency in French; English is a plus.
