Develop and execute overseas employer branding strategies, define market-specific EVP, and manage channels (e.g., LinkedIn). Lead end-to-end recruitment for critical overseas roles (Regional GMs, technical experts) from needs analysis to onboarding. Conduct global talent mapping in core technical and management domains. Build and manage strategic talent pipelines, maintaining relationships with industry experts and high-potentials. Plan and deliver employer branding events, including overseas campus recruitment and industry summits. Partner with TA teams and HRBPs, providing structured talent intelligence to leadership. Qualifications HR/Marketing/Psychology/Business Administration preferred. 8–10 years relevant TA experience, with both in-house and executive search background highly preferred. Solid global employer branding and international recruitment experience. Background in renewable energy, smart manufacturing, power engineering or B2B tech industry is a big plus.
