Responsibilities Prepare and cook dishes according to the high standards of quality and presentation of the Geneva Golf Club.
Supervise and coordinate the activities of kitchen assistants in your section.
Ensure compliance with current hygiene and food safety standards.
Collaborate with the Chef and other team members to develop creative and seasonal menus.
Manage stocks and ensure optimal use of ingredients.
Participate in the training and development of team members.
