As Senior Product Manager – starting from November 2026 – you own key pillars of

Halo: the digital infrastructure connecting our robotic kitchens to operators, customers, and back-office systems.

You take end-to-end responsibility for complex product areas, moving fast from discovery to launch.

You're execution-heavy.

You ship, iterate, and keep the product moving, freeing the Lead PM to focus on strategy.

These are the tasks you will be responsible for

• End-to-End

Ownership: You own product areas within our Halo platform – like payment integrations, operator interfaces and guest-facing features for our robotic kitchens.

From discovery through launch and post-launch iteration.

• Prototype Fast: You move from spec to clickable prototype in days using AI tools (Cursor, Lovable, Claude, Figma Make) to validate assumptions before engineering commits.
• User-Driven

Discovery: You conduct field research with operators, kitchen staff, and gastronomy partners using our robots.

You translate signal into prioritized roadmaps, not just internal alignment.

• Cross-Functional

Execution: You coordinate with engineering, design, sales, account management, and remote operations.

You define scope, push for shippable v1s, and own success metrics.

• Requirements & Specs: You gather requirements, interview stakeholders, and build comprehensive specs for engineering teams.
• Shape Operating Model: You improve standards, intake processes, and onboarding flows alongside the Lead PM.

• 4–6+ Years of
• Product

Management: You've shipped complex B2B or hardware-adjacent products end-to-end – navigating real-world constraints in physical operations, hardware, robotics, or kitchen tech.

• Prototype-First & Execution-Heavy: You default to showing, not telling. You produce mockups and specs that engineering can execute on without translation on technical tradeoffs.
• Customer-Driven & Field-Oriented: You run interviews, synthesize insights, and talk directly to operators and kitchen staff. You get out of the office.
• Cross-Functional Command: You manage stakeholders across sales, operations, design, and leadership without consensus paralysis.
• Owner Mindset: You treat your product area like a small business. You cut scope, ship v1 first, stay calm in chaos, and move with high agency and low ego.
• Fluent English: Verbal and written – for clear communication across distributed teams.
