As Strategy Manager reporting to our VP Strategy & Operations, you will play a key role in shaping goodBytz’s long-term direction and driving our most critical strategic initiatives. Your mission is to translate our vision into actionable, data-driven strategies that accelerate growth, maximize impact, and ensure sustainable competitive advantage. You’ll work closely with leadership across the business to identify opportunities, solve complex problems, and turn insights into execution, helping to chart the course for goodBytz’s next chapter.

These are the tasks you will be responsible for:

• Strategic Planning & Execution: Manage the development, implementation, and tracking of company-wide strategic plans, ensuring alignment with goodBytz’s vision and business objectives
• OKR Ownership & Management: Own the company’s OKR (Objectives and Key Results) process – facilitating the setting, alignment, and tracking of OKRs across teams, driving accountability, transparency, and measurable progress towards strategic goals
• Business Model Innovation: Evaluate and refine existing business models, explore new revenue streams, and develop go-to-market approaches for emerging products and services
• Cross-Functional Project Leadership: Drive high-impact, cross-functional strategic projects from concept to execution – coordinating teams, managing timelines, and ensuring delivery of key milestones
• Performance Analytics & Reporting: Define and track KPIs, synthesize complex data into actionable insights, and prepare regular strategy updates and recommendations for senior leadership and stakeholders
• Strategic Partnerships & M&A: Support the identification, evaluation, and execution of strategic partnerships, investments, and potential M&A opportunities
• Change Management: Champion change initiatives across the organization, ensuring buy-in and successful adoption of new processes, tools, and structures

Your profile

These are the qualities helping you thrive in this role:

• Degree in business, economics, strategy, or a related field; advanced degree (MBA or similar) is a plus
• Minimum 7+ years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, or corporate development, ideally in a tech-driven or high-growth environment
• Proven track record in developing and executing strategic initiatives, including OKRs, with strong project management and analytical skills
• Experience in food & beverage, food-tech, robotics, SaaS, HaaS, or similar industries is highly desirable
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a data-driven approach to decision making
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
• Fluent in English; German or other languages are a plus
