Head of Finance (m/w/d) – Goodman Masson Deutschland

Responsibilities

• Overall responsibility for budgeting, revenue and liquidity planning and steering of central finance processes
• Build and further develop Treasury, risk management and transfer pricing functions
• Lead M&A projects and implement the growth strategy (Buy‑&‑Build)
• Develop and implement efficiency and digitisation programs, including automation and AI solutions
• Steer closing, reporting and performance analysis with derivation of strategic actions
• Identify new business opportunities through market analysis, business cases and close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders

Qualifications

• Long‑term leadership experience in finance with responsibility for international projects and teams
• In‑depth expertise in budgeting, revenue and liquidity planning, risk management and financial governance; experience in M&A transactions an asset
• Experience with SAP, ideally SAP Business One
• Negotiation‑sensitive German and English knowledge in spoken and written form
