The firm works on a truly global basis as a trusted M&A advisory to leading technology services, software, and med/healthcare tech firms. Having added a head of DACH last year, it is now seeking an Associate to join the group.
Working on a fully remote basis but based in Germany, you will lead M&A deal execution while supporting senior colleagues on targeting and closing new opportunities.
Applications are sought from candidates with demonstrable M&A or transaction advisory experience gained within the DACH space from a leading advisory firm, bank, or boutique.
