VP - Tech M&A (mid-market firm)

This group is recognized as a global leader in providing high-quality, relationship-based advice to clients (both domestic and international) across the broader technology space.

As a Vice President in the Technology team, you will support new business development and advisory engagements. You will utilize your industry experience and analysis to support M&A activity, including evaluating financial statements, general economic and industry developments, acquisitions and divestitures, and various attributes of publicly traded and private securities.

Vice Presidents are given substantial responsibility and are encouraged to help the continued growth of the business.

Requirements / Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in BOTH German and English
• VP level experience in advisory / Corporate Finance (M&A or an Industry team) and able to boast a track record of M&A executions
• Specific experience, including completion of sell sides mandates, in the Technology sector is highly advantageous
• Demonstrated experience managing and mentoring Analysts and Associates
• Assist in leading discussions with senior client executives and target management
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Entrepreneurial, motivated, outgoing and possess strong skills in financial analysis
