• Ability to operate in a complex and matrixed environment, excellent communication and conflict resolution skills, thrives in ambiguity.

• Germany: €156000 - €159000 (EUR) + 20% bonus target + equity + benefits

• Facilitate alignment and clarity across teams on goals, outcomes, and timelines.
• Manage project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables.
