• Bachelor\’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience in program management using multiple methodologies driving deliveries to completion in multiplex organizations.
• Experience in delivering projects and programs within transformation initiatives.
• Ability to communicate fluently in German and English, as this is a customer-facing role that requires interactions with local stakeholders.

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience in account management, client service, or management consulting, including working with channel partners, systems integrators, and third-party teams to deliver cloud-centric solutions.
• Experience working with a cross-functional, geographically dispersed team and customer base.
• Experience in planning and delivering cloud solutions in public Cloud (e.g., Google Cloud Platform) or hybrid environments.
• Knowledge of Cloud Security concepts and implementation.
• Ability to adapt and grow in fluid and ambiguous environments.

About the job

As a Cloud Program Manager (CPM), you will collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders, including Partners, Global System Integrators (GSIs), System Integrators (SI), and teams across Google. You will support the delivery executive responsible for professional services (PS) delivery at each engagement.

In this role, you will be responsible for planning, governance, and overseeing the delivery of outcomes aligned with the purpose of each engagement. You will drive performance, advocate for delivery and process excellence, and seek continuous improvements throughout the program lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate Google Cloud Platform (GCP) projects and interdependencies within your program, ensuring quality deliverables on time and within budget.
• Define governance and controls, plan the overall program, manage risks and issues, monitor progress, and implement course corrections and opportunities for acceleration.
• Manage stakeholder communications, providing transparency, visibility of progress, and timely updates.
• Lead cross-functional, distributed teams to deliver program objectives.
• Create clarity from ambiguity, structure delivery, and remain adaptable to change for maximum value.
