They use technical know-how, excellent problem-solving skills, user insights, and proactive communication to protect users and our partners from abuse across Google products like Search, Maps, Gmail, and Google Ads. On this team, you're a big-picture thinker and strategic team-player with a passion for doing what’s right. You work globally and cross-functionally with Google engineers and product managers to identify and fight abuse and fraud cases at Google speed - with urgency. A team of Analysts, Policy Specialists, Engineers, and Program Managers, we work to reduce risk and fight abuse across all of Google’s products, protecting our users, advertisers, and publishers across the globe in over 40 languages. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliBuild a new AI-based capability leveraging our Transformers-based detection system to evolve and automate Incident Response, while generating threat intelligence that is relevant to protect Google accounts. /liliTransform, automate and scale up our team processes by developing AI Agents.Automate a large fraction of our operational workload, like alert generation and incident analysis, using techniques derived from ML, LLMs, operations research. /liliApply our threat intelligence to be ready to respond to new adversarial campaigns. /liliManage the response to incidents targeting Google Accounts, including the special response in case of severe incidents in collaboration with other partner teams. /liliWork with our Operations team to scale the operational work required to protect Google accounts, e.g, managing low severity escalations and alerts, and maintaining the ground truth quality.
