Overview
In this role you will design and build autonomous agentic workflows using machine learning and generative AI, partnering with business leads to define high-impact use cases and PRDs. You’ll evaluate AI solutions against modern data foundations and implement production-ready pipelines and IaC to ensure reproducible, secure environments. You’ll craft technical guides to hand off POC work to engineering teams and help scale enterprise-ready AI solutions within Google Cloud. You will operate at the intersection of ML, data engineering, and DevOps to accelerate customer value.

Verantwortungsbereiche
- Identify high-impact AI use cases with client leads and translate them into PRDs with CUJs and success metrics
- Evaluate and integrate AI solutions with relational databases, data lake houses, and real-time streaming architectures
- Build prototypes with production-first mindset and implement basic CI/CD pipelines
- Apply infrastructure-as-code (e.g., Terraform) to ensure reproducibility and security of environments
- Create clear technical guides to enable smooth hand-off from POC to engineering teams
Zentrale Anforderungen
- Bachelor in Computer Science, related field, or equivalent practical experience
- 7 years of experience in software or data engineering
- Proficiency in at least one programming language (Python, Go, Java)
- Experience with design patterns, testing frameworks, and API contract design
- Experience with machine learning methodologies (deep learning, reinforced learning) and AI operations (e.g., model monitoring)
- Experience with Generative AI and agentic orchestration using frameworks (e.g., LangChain, CrewAI, Vertex AI Agent Builder) and vector databases
