Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor\’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience managing a technical customer-facing team in a cloud computing environment in the field of AI.
- Experience with the application of AI solutions in contact centers and customer engagement.
