The role involves developing the next-generation technologies that change how billions of users connect, explore, and interact with information and one another. Our products need to handle information at massive scale, and extend well beyond web search.

Responsibilities

• Build safety models used across all Google products.
• Work with the latest technologies, including Gemini, to build classifiers: from simple and fast linear models to complex, neural networks.
• Data collection and analysis.
• Find ways to improve Google\’s search results.
• Prototype new ranking algorithms.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 1 year of experience with software development in one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, C, C++, Java, JavaScript).
• 1 year of experience with data structures and algorithms.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master\’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
• 1 year of experience working in Machine learning.
