From 1 December 2026 – or earlier – we are looking for an Event & Logistics Coordinator (m/f/d) for our catering company in Frankfurt, full-time or part-time with a 4-day week, who supports us with drive and organisational talent.

Not looking for a classic office job, but a varied operational role with responsibility, movement and real events? Then this could be exactly right for you.

GOOSE Gourmet organises high-end catering, corporate events, PR events, private dining and exclusive functions in Frankfurt and the surrounding area. To make sure everything runs smoothly at our events, we are looking for someone who combines operational event logistics, organisation and coordination.

Your responsibilities

• Coordination & organisation
  • Supporting route and assignment planning
  • Coordinating trips, vehicles and workflows
  • Communicating with kitchen, service and project management
  • Making sure equipment is complete and ready to use
  • Thinking ahead and solving operational problems independently
  • Booking, coordinating and briefing event helpers
  • Helping to optimise logistics processes
• Delivering catering and event equipment
• Setting up and dismantling events
• Setting up buffets, bars and equipment
• Checking completeness and quality before departure
• Returning and re-sorting equipment in the warehouse
