Senior Event Manager (m/f/d), full-time with a 4-day week on full pay – leading demanding events for premium clients in Frankfurt.
From 1 December 2026 – or earlier – we are looking for an experienced professional who independently runs complex corporate events, galas and weddings, prepares quotes and takes our event team further with their experience.
Since 2014, GOOSE Gourmet has been one of Frankfurt's leading premium caterers. Your responsibilities as Senior Event Manager in Frankfurt
- End-to-end ownership: you run demanding events from the first enquiry to the follow-up – from corporate events to weddings and exclusive events
- Senior client advisory: you lead client meetings confidently, develop the right solutions and guide clients as their central contact
- Quotes and budgets: you calculate quotes, keep budgets, profitability and resources in view and steer your projects independently
- Project and event management: you coordinate everyone involved, stay on top of complex productions and take operational lead on site when needed
- Managing partners: you coordinate external partners in technology, equipment, floristry and entertainment
- Creative event concepts: together with our creative and culinary team you develop individual concepts and bring in new ideas and trends
- Quality and improvement: you spot potential for improvement, question existing processes and help develop our events and workflows
Your profile as Senior Event Manager
- At least 10 years of experience in event management
- Creativity, organisational talent and an eye for detail
- Strong client focus and communication skills
- Resilience and the ability to manage several projects at once
- Very good German and English, written and spoken
- Confident use of MS Office
- Category B driving licence
