A BACKGROUND THAT CONVINCES US
- University degree in engineering or a comparable qualification
- At least 10 years of proven professional experience in Engineering and technical Consulting, including several years as project manager and expert in consulting with donors or international finance institutes
- Several years of experience in the renewable energy sector, projects or industry, ideally in wind or solar
- Leadership experience in managing interdisciplinary and multicultural teams
- Fluency in English is mandatory; good French language skills are an advantage
- Communicative, responsible, willing to travel abroad, and an advanced user of MS Office
- Interested in innovative solutions, new technologies, and taking on challenges
- Entrepreneurial mentality, result and solution oriented
- Willingness to take on management responsibilities and support the company’s management board in specific tasks assigned to you
- Advanced experience and knowledge in contract preparation and negotiation, with a strong network in the RE Industry including private and government institutions
