Your Role in Our Journey

• Lead Corporate Legal Strategies: Oversee legal aspects of corporate governance, including structuring, compliance, and board matters.
• Support Strategic Transactions: Advise on and negotiate mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and other strategic transactions.
• Drive Financial Legal Operations: Provide legal support on financing arrangements, capital markets transactions, and investor relations.
• Negotiate High-Stakes Agreements: Draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial contracts, always balancing legal rigor with commercial objectives.
• Ensure Regulatory Compliance: Maintain compliance with corporate, finance, and securities regulations across jurisdictions.
• Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with finance, operations, and leadership teams to provide proactive legal advice on strategic business initiatives.
• Engage External Counsel: Manage and coordinate external law firms for specialized legal matters.

Your Impact

• Legal Credentials: A law degree from a reputable university; admission to the bar is strongly preferred.
• Professional Experience: At least 5–7 years of experience in corporate and finance law, preferably in a top-tier law firm or as senior in-house counsel.
• Technical Expertise: Proven track record in M&A, corporate governance, financing transactions, and related legal areas.
• Analytical Acumen: Exceptional ability to assess legal risks and provide actionable, business-oriented solutions.
• Language Skills: Fluent in German and English, with strong drafting and negotiation skills in both languages.
• Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communicator who can influence and collaborate with diverse stakeholders across jurisdictions.
• Adaptability: Thrive in a fast-moving, international business setting with shifting priorities.
• A passion for learning and adapting to evolving business needs.
