FUNDED is a dynamic and rapidly growing FinTech dedicated to helping startups and scale-ups tackle one of their most urgent needs: fundraising . Our mission is to become the leading platform for non-dilutive fundraising, combining premium consulting services with our proprietary SaaS solution.

What We Do

  • Grant Funding: We help our clients secure up to EUR 15 million in tax-free, non-dilutive funding through government grants.
  • Debt Fundraising: We support our clients in raising venture debt by leveraging our network, expertise, and document preparation services.
  • FundedOS: Our proprietary SaaS solution streamlines all aspects of our consulting services and serves as a standalone platform for clients who prefer a self-service approach to non-dilutive fundraising.

Tasks

What you can expect at FUNDED:

  • Venture Capital: As a link between investors and ventures, FUNDED helps ventures with one of their biggest challenges: fundraising. We operate at the center of the venture ecosystem, cooperating closely with many venture capital funds and debt providers. Our clientele includes some of the most forward-thinking and well-funded Tech Start- and Scale-Ups in Germany, placing us at the heart of innovation.
  • Start-Up: As a young & fast-growing startup, every team member is involved in the firms’ decisions, thus, being a part of our growth story. All of our employees receive a share of the company\’s success via our participation compensation.
  • Consulting: Project based, we work shoulder-to-shoulder with the founders of some of the most innovative start-ups and scale-ups in Germany. We create added value for our customers through our expertise, network, and superior operational support for quantitative and qualitative tasks.

As a Product & Growth Manager, you have the unique opportunity to shape both our product and engage with our exciting client base :

  • Conceptualize new features to enhance our software solution, making the entire customer journey more seamless and valuable for our clients.
  • Drive SaaS product growth and revenue by implementing strategic sales initiatives, engaging proactively with clients, and uncovering new market opportunities.
  • Serve as the key connector between the developer team, sales and consulting , collaborating with stakeholders to refine our proprietary software solution (Funded OS), own the product roadmap, and align with market demands and client needs.

Requirements

We look for strong proof-points that you:

  • Are experienced in product management for SaaS solutions , with a quick grasp of complex concepts and a hands-on mentality to develop and implement pragmatic solutions via product roadmaps, prioritizing features, and refining processes to ensure efficient execution and impactful results.
  • Are skilled in driving SaaS growth through sales initiatives , client engagement, and identifying new market opportunities.
  • Possess strong organizational and communication skills , enabling you to balance multiple high-impact sales and product initiatives effectively.

Candidates interested in this role should:

  • Possess a minimum of 2 years of full-time work experience in product management , product ownership, or related fields, mandatory within SaaS and B2B environments.
  • Have proven experience in B2B SaaS sales .
  • Hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, ideally in business, technology, or a related field.
  • Possess native German language skills .
