- Lead new product introduction at GGB plant in Göttingen, Germany, drive products from R&D stage to mass production in Göttingen plant and achieve production handover.
- Liaise with product technical departments to coordinate R&D, testing, quality and manufacturing, ensuring products meet manufacturing requirements of overseas sites.
- Take charge of NPI project implementation, formulate product introduction plan, and push forward product trial production and mass production.
- Manage and maintain product technical documents, including BOM, drawings, technical specifications, process documents and engineering changes (ECN/ECR), to guarantee completeness and consistency of technical documents.
- Support on-site work at Germany plant, conduct root cause analysis, corrective actions and experience summary for on-site issues.
Job Requirements
- Education: Master’s degree or above.
- Major: Preferred majors include New Energy, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering and related disciplines.
- Language: German proficiency is preferred.
- Others: Good communication and coordination skills; experience in new product launch projects and factory internships is a plus.
