• Accounting Leadership: You bring 8+ years of progressive accounting experience, including at least 3 years leading and developing accounting teams
  
• Automation & Transformation: You have a proven track record of modernizing accounting functions through process optimization, automation, and technology adoption
  
• Multi-Entity Expertise: You have extensive experience managing accounting operations across multiple legal entities, including group consolidation and intercompany accounting
  
• Audit & Compliance Excellence: You have successfully led annual statutory audits across multiple jurisdictions and maintain a strong understanding of financial controls and compliance requirements
  
• Tax Knowledge: You bring hands‑on experience with German tax requirements and have worked with tax structures and compliance obligations across the US and/or Canada
  
• Strategic Finance Leadership: You can define a long‑term accounting vision and translate it into an executable roadmap with measurable outcomes
  
• AI & Automation Capability: You understand how emerging technologies can transform accounting workflows and have practical experience implementing automation solutions
  
• Stakeholder Management: You can confidently partner with senior leadership, auditors, tax advisors, and cross‑functional stakeholders across international markets
