Job description

• Lead the Quality Management Department, including the assignment, monitoring, and completion of all quality-related tasks.
• Restructure and continuously improve the department to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
• Provide disciplinary and professional leadership to subordinates, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• Plan and conduct process and system audits in accordance with internal and customer requirements.
• Oversee the implementation and maintenance of FMEA analysis within company processes.
• Ensure proper operation and calibration of all metrology equipment and systems.
• Maintain and continuously update the Quality Management System (QMS) to meet customer and certification standards (e. g. IATF 16949).
• Manage and resolve external and internal complaints, including root cause analysis and implementation of corrective actions.
• Analyze and resolve daily quality issues and error reports from production.
• Act as a key contact for customers in quality-related topics, ensuring transparent communication and proactive problem-solving.
• Supervise the blocking, segregation, and disposal of non-conforming materials or products.
• Lead the de-escalation process with customers and support preventive measures to avoid recurrences.
• Achieve cost savings by reducing unnecessary controls and eliminating redundant quality walls (Q-walls).
• Collaborate closely with Production, Engineering, Logistics, and Maintenance departments to achieve the required product quality and customer satisfaction.
