Job responsibilities:
Supervise the daily operations of the spa to ensure smooth and efficient service.
Schedule, coordinate, and oversee therapists and spa staff shifts.
Ensure exceptional guest service and promptly resolve customer concerns or complaints.
Monitor cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards throughout the spa facility.
Train, mentor, and evaluate staff performance to maintain service excellence.
Manage inventory of spa products, linens, and treatment supplies, and place orders as needed.
Ensure compliance with company policies, health regulations, and operating procedures.
Promote spa treatments, memberships, and retail products to increase revenue.
Coordinate appointment scheduling and maximize therapist utilization and booking efficiency.
Prepare daily reports, monitor sales performance, and communicate operational updates to management.
Work schedule: Sunday and holiday work, shift work, night work.
Language skills: English (orally: basic knowledge; written: none).
