About The Role
We are looking for a Senior or Lead Fullstack Engineer to take full ownership of end-to-end product engineering across backend and frontend layers.
You will work embedded in product teams serving European clients across e-commerce and B2B Saa S - collaborating directly with client engineers, product owners, and stakeholders.
This is a hands‑on role with real leadership scope: you will shape how we build, drive technical direction, and raise the engineering bar across the team.
What You Will Do
- Design, develop, and optimize high-performance backend services and RESTful / Graph QL APIs using Node. js.
- Build and maintain scalable, reusable frontend components using Vue. js, ensuring high responsiveness and seamless user experiences.
- Architect end-to-end technical solutions covering both server-side and client-side layers, with a clear focus on scalability and long-term maintainability.
- Work with relational and No SQL databases (Postgre SQL, My SQL, Mongo DB) to ensure efficient data modeling, indexing, and query performance.
- Implement state management patterns (Vuex / Pinia) and apply frontend performance optimization strategies.
- Lead code reviews, enforce engineering standards, and grow the technical capability of junior and mid-level engineers on the team.
- Identify and address technical debt proactively - propose and drive architectural improvements across the codebase.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and client stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust, scalable technical solutions.
- Implement caching, logging, monitoring, and security best practices including OWASP Top 10 compliance.
What Will You Bring
- 7+ years of experience in fullstack development, with strong hands‑on depth in both Node. js (backend) and Vue. js or React (frontend).
- Strong proficiency in Java Script and Type Script, including asynchronous programming patterns.
- Professional English proficiency - you are comfortable leading technical discussions, writing documentation, and communicating directly with international clients in English.
- Solid understanding of database architecture, query optimization, and data modeling across relational and No SQL systems (Postgre SQL, My SQL, Mongo DB).
- Proven experience designing and integrating RESTful and Graph QL APIs.
- Comfortable working with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and modern deployment workflows.
- Strong debugging, performance tuning, and problem‑solving skills across the full stack.
- Demonstrated ability to lead technical decisions, drive architectural discussions, and elevate the engineers around you.
- Nice-to-Have
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Familiarity with asynchronous processing and message queues (Rabbit MQ, Kafka).
- Knowledge of server-side rendering or static site generation (Next. js, Nuxt. js).
- Experience with testing frameworks such as Jest, Cypress, or Playwright.
