We are looking for an Administrative Affairs Officer for a global company with a diversified portfolio of trading, investment and business activities across various industries.

GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in relevant departments
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization
  • Multitasking and time-management ability
  • Strong ability of planning, organization, and reporting
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs
  • Excellent verbal and written skills in English

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Answers telephone calls, responding to queries, and replying to emails
  • Manages procurement of necessary office goods in coordination with other staff and orders new supplies as needed
  • Supports and follows up on the international team members' work permit applications
  • Serves as the primary contact for office-related inquiries and requests
  • Assists the HR & Administrative Affairs Manager in different functions and operations when needed
  • Provides internal and external (when necessary) coordination in personnel transportation and administrative affairs services
  • Provides advice and support for the management in such areas as special reviews of operational objectives and related administrative policies/procedures

  • Level of Education: Bachelor's(Graduate), Master's(Student), Master's(Graduate)
  • Languages: English (Reading: Advanced, Writing: Advanced, Speaking: Advanced)
