Your tasks:

  • Coordinate travel and itineraries for the CFO to ensure efficient and seamless travel logistics
  • Screening and prioritizing incoming phone calls, emails and other correspondence and forwarding or responding as appropriate
  • Prepare and edit reports and presentations on behalf of the CFO
  • Conduct research and collect data to support financial analysis and decision-making processes
  • Support in translations (DE - EN) as well as interpreting in meetings
  • Assist with ad hoc projects and other administrative tasks as assigned by the CFO

Your Profile:

  • Bachelor's degree or similar qualification
  • Experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role, preferably providing Executive support in the areas of finance or accounting.
  • Strong communication skills and organizational skills.
  • Excellent English and German language skills
  • Discretion and ability to handle confidential and sensitive financial information
  • Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment
