Your tasks:
- Coordinate travel and itineraries for the CFO to ensure efficient and seamless travel logistics
- Screening and prioritizing incoming phone calls, emails and other correspondence and forwarding or responding as appropriate
- Prepare and edit reports and presentations on behalf of the CFO
- Conduct research and collect data to support financial analysis and decision-making processes
- Support in translations (DE - EN) as well as interpreting in meetings
- Assist with ad hoc projects and other administrative tasks as assigned by the CFO
Your Profile:
- Bachelor's degree or similar qualification
- Experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role, preferably providing Executive support in the areas of finance or accounting.
- Strong communication skills and organizational skills.
- Excellent English and German language skills
- Discretion and ability to handle confidential and sensitive financial information
- Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment
