Expected from - Season (3-4 months) Service & Host Presence (Front-of-House): Actively support during service hours with a host-oriented mindset. Maintain clean, orderly, and beautifully presented buffet and table areas. Regularly replenish cutlery, crockery, napkins, and hygiene supplies (soap, hand towels, etc.). Cleanliness & Stewardship (Back-of-House): Ensure impeccable cleanliness and organization across our high-end kitchen, back office, and washing stations. Ensure the careful handling, precise cleaning, and proper storage of porcelain, silverware, glassware, and heavy cookware (blackware). Culinary & Logistics Support: Support the kitchen team by fetching supplies and goods from cold storage / basement refrigerators.
