For a long-term temporary assignment, the Grand Théâtre de Genève is looking for a
Salary and Administration Specialist at 80% .
Your mission and responsibilities: Within a dynamic HR team of 9 people, you implement processes related to recruitment, payroll processing, social insurance, as well as the administrative management of files for temporary staff engagements. For the relevant temporary population, you are responsible for drafting employment contracts, verifying the compliance of remuneration upon hiring, permit applications, social insurance affiliations, payroll preparation, and associated administrative procedures. To successfully carry out your mission, you ensure the proper application of private and public law rules, regulations and directives according to the HR policy defined by the Administrative Council and the Foundation Board. Finally, you collaborate with other members of the HR team and other internal departments to ensure an excellent level of service.
Your profile: You have a commercial training background, complemented by at least an HR Manager certificate. The HR Specialist diploma is a definite asset; You have proven experience in the administration and processing of remuneration for populations subject to private law; experience in the public sector is an additional advantage; You are comfortable with the Abacus payroll software and administrative procedures related to the full life cycle of permanent and temporary staff; You have good knowledge of international mobility and master permit and secondment application procedures; As a native French speaker, you also communicate orally and in writing in English. Italian is an additional asset; Demonstrating great versatility, you are a very well-organised person who pays attention to detail while being able to maintain a good overview of processes and aim for efficiency; Autonomous in your work, you appreciate teamwork and cultivate positive communication with your colleagues as well as with internal and external stakeholders.
