Grant Alexander, recruitment consultancy, is hiring on behalf of a global leader in consulting and technology services for a Global Supply Chain Director to lead the development of their new global Center of Excellence in Supply Chain, Manufacturing and Asset Management. Your responsibilities Shape and lead large-scale Supply Chain Transformation opportunities. Advise C-level clients on supply chain strategy and technology. Design and architect complex supply chain programmes and solutions. Develop go-to-market propositions and innovative solutions for the CoE. Lead, mentor and develop a global network of supply chain specialists. Collaborate with consulting, industry, technology and sales teams across Europe and North America. Drive business development and strengthen relationships within the supply chain ecosystem. Your profile 15+ years of experience in Supply Chain Transformation programmes. Strong expertise in Supply Chain Planning and planning solution implementation. Proven experience with Planning for Retail/Manufacturing, Space Planning, Category Management. Solid understanding of integration with ERP environments, particularly SAP S/4HANA. Familiarity with SAP IBP, Manhattan Active, WMS/TMS is a plus. Deep knowledge of end-to-end supply chain processes (demand forecasting, inventory management, S OP, supply planning). Experience in Automotive, Aerospace Defence, Consumer Products or Retail. Strong consulting, solutioning and delivery background on complex transformation programmes. Excellent stakeholder management and C-level presentation skills. Commercial mindset with experience in deal shaping or business development. Established relationships within the supply chain technology and partner ecosystem. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, Economics, Business, IT or related field. Fluent English; additional European languages are an advantage.
