Responsibilities Risk management: Own and maintain grape’s compliance risk universe across data protection (FADP and GDPR), economic sanctions, third‑party oversight, anti‑bribery and corruption, conflicts of interest and fraud prevention. Tooling: Own grape’s compliance tooling, driving automation and process improvements to build a scalable compliance function. Policies promote a culture of ethical conduct across the organisation. Monitoring MGA experience is a plus. Domain expertise: Proven track record managing core compliance risks (data protection, economic sanctions, third‑party oversight, anti‑bribery and anti‑corruption, fraud controls, conflicts of interest) under CH/LI regulatory frameworks. Insurance knowledge: Strong familiarity with the Swiss and Liechtenstein insurance regulatory framework. Tech‑savvy mindset: Passion for automation, tooling and building efficient, scalable processes. Communication: Fluent in English with the ability to translate complex regulatory requirements into actionable business advice; German is a strong asset. Work style: Precise, reliable and composed under pressure; a collaborative team player who thrives in a fast‑paced environment.
