Key Responsibilities
Act as deputy for the Energy and Clean Utilities Team Lead.
Ensure the reliable supply of critical media and utilities to the Bern site.
Oversee and manage clean utility systems and energy infrastructure.
Contribute to the operational efficiency and maintenance of utility plants.
Support quality assurance and regulatory compliance for utility systems.
Participate in projects related to utility system upgrades and expansions.
Requirements
Proven experience in technical specialization within clean utilities or energy management.
Familiarity with biotech or pharmaceutical manufacturing environments is advantageous.
Strong understanding of utility systems, including HVAC and media generation.
Ability to deputize and take on leadership responsibilities.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
