In close collaboration with the Board of Directors, you will oversee the activities, unite the teams around a common vision and actively contribute to writing the next chapter of its development.
Main responsibilities: Define and implement the company’s strategy in collaboration with the Board of Directors.
Ensure overall management of activities and guarantee the operational, financial and organisational performance of the company.
Support the evolution of governance and prepare the company for tomorrow’s challenges.
Unite, supervise and develop teams by fostering a culture of responsibility, collaboration and excellence.
Oversee operations and ensure the proper execution of projects in compliance with quality, cost and deadline objectives.

Your profile: With a basic education in construction, you have ideally completed your training with a higher qualification such as a contractor’s diploma, engineer, federal master or equivalent training.
Additional training in management, business administration or governance is a valued asset.
You have solid experience gained within construction companies in Switzerland, ideally in masonry, reinforced concrete and structural work.
Throughout your career, you have developed an excellent understanding of the operational realities of a construction company as well as the challenges related to site management.
Your career has allowed you to hold a leadership or management position with significant operational, human and financial responsibilities.
