We’re looking for a Full-Stack Engineer (f/m/d) focused on developing apps, often linked to maps/GIS — someone passionate about driving our mission forward and creating impactful solutions. In this role, you’ll work closely with our CTO to build up already started and new tools in a newly forming team.

Tasks
- Build applications that support our internal sales team and environmental planners, enhancing their workflows and decision-making.
- Develop mapping tools to help the sales team identify and visualize the best plots.
- Empower environmental planners with tools and AI to significantly increase their efficiency.
- Implement flows to engage and onboard interested landowners effectively.
- Fully accessible backend to read, write and improve it as necessary to meet our evolving requirements.
- Collaborate closely with all stakeholders to align technical solutions with business goals.
Requirements
- Experience in TypeScript, React, and basic SQL.
- Familiarity with Remix, Drizzle (or other ORMs), and some PostGIS is a plus .
- Attention to UX and design: a commitment to creating intuitive and user-centered interfaces.
- Driven and self-motivated: ready to take ownership and bring creative, high-quality solutions to life.
- German language skills are a plus, but not mandatory.
