Are you looking for a new professional challenge? As a Supervisor (m/f/d), you will be primarily responsible for scheduling, coordinating and supporting the team in data center operations. Become part of the team now!

• You ensure the smooth provision of services and monitor the repair, maintenance and servicing work within the data center.
• You represent the Operations Manager.
• You will carry out regular inspection rounds and safety inspections.
• You will coordinate the team of technicians (m/f/d) in day-to-day business and initiate and carry out all training and further education measures for the team.
• You will draw up annual maintenance plans and the subsequent documentation.
• You will carry out safety briefings and ensure compliance with all health and safety guidelines.
• You schedule the contractually agreed and additionally commissioned maintenance work, carry it out and follow up on it.
• You meet the agreed service targets to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction.
• You monitor and optimize ongoing and recurring costs (personnel, external and material services, in-house services, overheads).
• You initiate continuous improvement measures for standard processes in the data center and implement best practice methods.

Profile

• You have a degree in electrical engineering and have completed further training as a master craftsman or technician (with 10KV switching authorization).
• You have relevant professional experience in electronic maintenance and servicing in critical infrastructures.
• You have initial experience in the data center environment.
• Ideally, you have gained experience in the technical management and coordination of an interdisciplinary team and know how to motivate and train them.
• You are familiar with qualitative occupational safety measures that ensure the health of your team members.
• You are characterized by a high level of service orientation as well as a friendly and courteous manner, both internally and externally.
• You have a solution-oriented way of working, communicate clearly and carry out your tasks independently.
• You are fluent in written and spoken German and English.
