Tasks

  • Collect and analyze geospatial image data (satellite, lidar) from various regions
  • Use ArcGIS to segment various land uses clusters
  • Develop methods to continously improve data analysis and validation

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled (B.Sc. / M.Sc.) in studies such as geography, agriculture, forestry or similar
  • First experiences in using GIS software (e.g., ArcGIS, QGIS)
  • Strong analytical skills and experience in analyzing data
  • Excellent communication skills and a true team player
  • Interest in forestry and remote sensing technology
  • Excellent German and English communication skills (B2 and higher preferred)
