Greenfields is a dynamic Corporate Service Provider dedicated to supporting global clients throughout the entire lifecycle of their German entities – from incorporation and management to liquidation. Additionally, we specialize in compliance and AML services tailored for financial institutions and regulated companies. As a Manager, you’ll be a key player in shaping our services, mentoring junior colleagues, and growing into a leadership role by completing the following tasks: Set up and s upervise corporate operations for international clients Support M&A or real estate transactions and post-closing integration Be the key contact for investors and their advisors (legal, tax, auditors etc.) Ensure client satisfaction and tax/legal compliance Knowledge of German legal and financial requirements Hands-on mentality with eagerness to drive continuous improvement Ability to engage with senior stakeholders in both English and German Attractive compensation package with performance-based bonuses Leadership role in a flat structure with fast decision-making Work with an international client base on multifaceted projects That same commitment is extended to our team members, fostering an environment where everyone can excel and do their best work, regardless of their background.
