Your Tasks
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing and screening to interviewing, offer management, and onboarding for business roles, with occasional hiring for technical positions
Partner with hiring managers to design effective interview processes that ensure a high quality of candidates, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the hiring journey
Proactively source and engage talent through LinkedIn Recruiter and other channels, building and maintaining strong candidate pipelines
Deliver an outstanding candidate experience through transparent communication and a well‑structured recruitment process
Act as a trusted point of contact for stakeholders internally and for new joiners, collaborating across teams to deliver a positive experience and a smooth onboarding journey
Plan, coordinate, and represent the company at local career fairs and talent attraction events, strengthening our employer brand and building relationships with potential candidates
Identify opportunities to improve recruitment and onboarding processes by leveraging automation, AI, and best practices
Your profile
4+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, ideally hiring for business roles with occasional exposure to technical recruitment
Hands‑on experience with candidate sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships with hiring managers and candidates alike
Proactive, well‑organized, and solution‑oriented, with a growth mindset and a genuine interest in leveraging automation and AI to continuously enhance recruitment processes and the candidate experience
Experience with local talent attraction initiatives and a passion for employer branding is an advantage
Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
