Combining hands-on recruitment expertise with a growth mindset, this role helps attract top talent, embeds our values throughout the hiring journey, and explores smarter ways of working through automation and AI.Your tasks Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing and screening to interviewing, offer management, and onboarding for business roles, with occasional hiring for technical positionsPartner with hiring managers to design effective interview processes that ensure a high quality of candidates, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the hiring journeyProactively source and engage talent through LinkedIn Recruiter and other channels, building and maintaining strong candidate pipelinesDeliver an outstanding candidate experience through transparent communication and a well-structured recruitment processAct as a trusted point of contact for stakeholders internally and for new joiners, collaborating across teams to deliver a positive experience and a smooth onboarding journeyPlan, coordinate, and represent the company at local career fairs and talent attraction events, strengthening our employer brand and building relationships with potential candidatesIdentify opportunities to improve recruitment and onboarding processes by leveraging automation, AI, and best practicesYour profile 4+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, ideally hiring for business roles with occasional exposure to technical recruitmentHands-on experience with candidate sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platformsStrong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships with hiring managers and candidates alikeProactive, well-organized, and solution-oriented, with a growth mindset and a genuine interest in leveraging automation and AI to continuously enhance recruitment processes and the candidate experience.
