We are seeking a Business Analyst with strong expertise in Wealth Management and deep hands-on experience with Temenos Triple'A. The role involves acting as a key interface between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure successful delivery of functional and system enhancements within a complex banking environment.
Key Responsibilities
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements in close collaboration with stakeholders and system integrators
Translate business needs into clear, structured functional specifications
Draft, clarify, and validate requirements while ensuring alignment with business objectives
Manage and prioritize the product backlog
Contribute to the definition and evolution of the Target Operating Model (TOM)
Support functional enhancements and continuous improvement initiatives
Participate actively in testing phases, including System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
Ensure traceability between requirements, development, and testing outcomes
Profil
Strong expertise in Wealth Management, financial instruments, and order lifecycle management
Solid experience as a Business Analyst within banking or financial services environments
Strong analytical, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
Experience with SIT/UAT coordination and test case validation
