Demand Planner (all genders) Company: Greiner AG Location: Sattledt Employment Type: Permanent Your challenge * Develop and maintain demand forecasts using historical data, customer insights, and market trends. * Analyze forecast performance, identify deviations, and drive accuracy improvements. * Support demand review meetings and align demand plans with Sales, Operations, Customer Service, and Supply Chain. * Contribute to the S&OP process by preparing scenarios, risks, opportunities, and planning assumptions. * Maintain high-quality planning data in SAP/IBP and ensure accurate integration of customer and master data. * Monitor key KPIs (Forecast Accuracy, OTIF, Service Level), perform root cause analyses, and coordinate improvement actions across functions. Your Profile * Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline. * 3 to 5 years of experience in Demand or Supply Chain Planning. * Knowledge of SAP, IBP, or similar tools is a plus. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * Effective communicator with a collaborative mindset. * Fluent English skills; additional languages are beneficial.
