Your mission
Support our sites in developing a proactive safety mindset and strong safety leadership.
Drive the implementation of our divisional H&S strategy, standards, and cultural initiatives.
Lead international improvement projects that strengthen both safety performance and organizational culture.
Act as a trusted advisor and coach for local H&S managers and operational leaders.
Share best practices and facilitate learning across our international network.
Monitor performance, identify trends, and help translate data into meaningful actions.
Support audits, risk assessments, investigations, and continous improvement.
Contribute to building an environment where speaking up, learning, and caring for each other are part of everyday work.
Your Profile
Higher education in Engineering, Natural Sciences, Business, or a comparable field.
2–5 years of experience in H&S, Quality, or Operations.
Good knowledge of H&S standards and management systems.
Experience with audits and compliance processes.
Strong analytical and project management skills.
Effective communicator with an international and collaborative mindset.
