Shape the future of our global Finance and Controlling processes! In this key role, you will combine your SAP expertise with international project work and play an active part in advancing our SAP landscape as part of our global S/4HANA transformation journey.
Advise our international business departments and design and implement solutions in the SAP FI/CO environment, with a focus on SAP FI
Gradually take over Application Ownership for SAP Project System (PS) and drive the further development of the application
Actively contribute to our global SAP S/4HANA transformation program
Provide 2nd-level support, analyze system and process issues, and ensure their sustainable resolution
Analyze, design, and implement change requests, including customizing activities in the SAP FI/CO and PS environment
Ensure seamless integration of SAP FI/CO and SAP PS processes with other SAP modules such as MM, SD, and PP
Plan and coordinate changes, testing activities, releases, and deployments
Manage external SAP partners and collaborate closely with business stakeholders, key users, and international IT teams
Create and maintain solution documentation as well as design and deliver user training sessions
Your Profile
Several years of professional experience in SAP FI/CO, supported by relevant education or qualifications
Strong SAP FI expertise with hands‑on experience in customizing and support, as well as a solid understanding of SAP CO processes
Good knowledge of SAP FI/CO integration with related modules, particularly MM, SD, and PP
Strong end‑to‑end process understanding and the ability to translate business requirements into sustainable SAP solutions
Proven project management experience, ideally in an international environment
Experience with SAP Project System (PS) is an advantage; alternatively, a strong motivation to develop expertise in this area and gradually take on Application Ownership responsibilities
Experience with SAP S/4HANA and ideally with international implementation, transformation, or rollout projects
Practical experience in support, change management, test management, and release management, as well as in the structured analysis of complex system and process issues
Independent, structured, and solution‑oriented way of working, combined with a strong sense of ownership, drive, and accountability
Very good English language skills, German language skills are an advantage
