Grenzenlos e.V. is a non-profit organization established in 2009, focusing on providing specialized counseling services for adults affected by sexual violence during childhood and adolescence. The organization launched the „Seerose“ counseling center in 2023, marking it as the first of its kind in Thuringia, dedicated to trauma pedagogy and trauma counseling.
