About the role
We’re looking for a skilled and experienced Live Trader to trade CS2 matches while also understanding other key shooter titles like Valorant, Rainbow Six, and more.
This is a hands‑on and dynamic role where you will trade matches using in-house mathematical models, making real‑time adjustments to ensure markets stay balanced and competitive.
You will need to quickly identify when the model isn’t performing optimally and adjust the pricing to maintain 100% uptime for general trading activities.
For top‑tier events, you’ll be expected to trade with 95%+ uptime, setting the pricing independently, without relying on external reference sources.
In addition to managing live trading, you’ll provide critical feedback on model performance, fine‑tuning strategies to optimize market efficiency.
