You will join our Operations team in our Headquarters in Leipzig, which is responsible for integration of our assets and troubleshooting in case of connection issues.The roleConnecting Assets & Support: Own the process of connecting new renewable energy assets (wind farms, solar parks, etc.) to the Gridfuse platform and resolving issues related to asset connectivityStakeholder Management: Communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders (from Sales to Technical personnel) to explain and pitch our ancillary services products, such as the mFRR and aFRR Process Ownership: Coordinate and track specific mFRR projects, including setting up operative processes (e.g., for aFRR, encompassing monitoring and alerting) – This involves collaboration with Developers and detailed documentation for TechOpsInstallation & Documentation: Coordinate the installation of required hardware boxes and create comprehensive manuals detailing the installation processNetwork Configuration: Collaborate with our Network Engineers to configure and maintain our robust, compliant, and secure network infrastructure, including VPN setupTechnical Documentation: Develop specific delivery concepts and technical documentation required for Transmission System Operators (TSOs)What we need from youFamiliarity with protocols: Good grasp of common SCADA protocols (IEC104, OPC, Modbus).Data Analysis skills: Experience of data refinement and generation of reports in Excel are beneficialRenewable Energy Experience: Ideally, you have experience performing control and performance tests on wind turbines from major manufacturers (e.g. Enercon, Vestas)SCADA Expertise: Experience with various SCADA systems (e.g., PSIprins, PSIcontrol, Enercon SCADA, Siemens WinCC, ABB AVEVA, or similar) is essentialLanguage: Excellent communication skills in English and German are required – you will interact daily with internal and external stakeholdersEducational Background: A degree in Electrical Engineering, Informatics or a comparable technical background are beneficialOwnership & Initiative: You like to take ownership and are happy to work in a fast-paced environment What we offerCompetitive hardware including a standing desk, 4K curved screen, and MacBook Pro City center office location including home office option EGYM Wellpass membership supportEducational budget for every employeeTeam events, summer & winter partiesReal startup culture by having an impact in a small, motivated team Sounds good to you?
